Espresso is a Startup Expo Session at SD Hacks 2019 that provides you the unique opportunity to interact with a variety of startups. Whether you're participating in SD Hacks, or you're a UCSD student interested in learning more about working at a startup, you are welcome to attend Espresso! No registration required, but feel free to upload your resume.
Getaround, a peer-to-peer carsharing platform, is now live in San Diego. Share your car and earn hundreds or thousands, or rent and unlock cars nearby instantly with your phone by the hour or day. Book the car you need for a couple of hours or a few days, whether it's a Prius to run to the grocery store, an F-150 to move across town, or a Tesla for a special occasion. ?All rentals include insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance. Book, unlock and go — renters and owners never have to meet in person to exchange keys.
If you are attending SD Hacks, Espresso will be on the second floor of RIMAC arena. Feel free to stop by anytime on Saturday, October 26, from 10am-3pm. If you are not attending but want to stop by you can access the second floor using the road next to Hops & Salt.
All UCSD students are welcome, along with all SD Hacks attendees. No registration required!
